haha useless and my first =p

[1] Start with a slender slanted line X3~
[2] Than draw the necks first, than the other side of the face
[3] Start drawing in the eyebrowns
[4] Draw the eyes and mouth
[5] Decide hair for Chibi head XD

[Eye Tutorial]
Quite simple =\ Curve Line, Smaller Curve line, Square box with a curve in if want, add white light bubble on corner edge, shade downwards from the lines XD;

Awww, so cute!! >_<
Your tutorial is really easy, i couldn't draw chibis correctly, even reading other tutorials >< (fail, 2 times "tutorials"...) but your is perfect: easy and fast ^^

I tried on Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's characters, and... it's so cuuute XD
